1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Giftoprint.in! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 13 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All our products, including printed gifts, framed paintings, and customized artwork, are created with the highest quality standards.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors or designs may slightly vary due to screen settings.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY

• Orders can be placed through our website www.giftoprint.in.
• Available payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for selected locations)
  • Online Payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation (except for COD).

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping is available across India. Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days based on the location.
• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues) are not the responsibility of Giftoprint.in.

6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear images and an unboxing video.
• Refunds/replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed.
• Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, designs, images, and branding on Giftoprint.in are the exclusive property of Giftoprint and are protected under copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

• Giftoprint.in is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the products.
• We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to variations in customization.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and services without prior notice.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

• Giftoprint.in will never ask for OTPs, bank details, or passwords.
• If you receive a suspicious call/message claiming to be from Giftoprint, report it immediately.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Giftoprint.in reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
